Residents rent the square footage of the apartment. Personal storage in other areas such as patios are not permitted except for approved patio furniture, etc. Small storage cabinets may be used if they are pre-approved and are within regulation sizes and colors.

There is a limited number of garages, carports and RV spaces available. There is often a wait for all of these. In order to be placed on a waiting list for a garage or carport a resident must have paid their move-in fees.
The Prepaid Rent is used up over a period of 25 months. If a person has to move out before that time there will be a prorated refund minus any additional charges as specified in the Rules and Agreements.
