We are not always able to show the exact apartment when offering an applicant an apartment. In order for us to be able to give applicants time to plan their move we need applicants to commit to an apartment based on them seeing that style of apartment and knowing the location of the available apartment. That is why we require an applicant to view the apartment style they are waiting for before we put them on that list. We also request that a person not be on an ‘active’ status on the waiting list unless they are ready to move in when notified. If you cannot move when notified of the availability of the style you have chosen, you will remain on the list and we will call you with the next available one. If you refuse an apartment of the type and location you have specified more than 5 times in a period of 3 years we reserve the right to change your application date to the date of the 5th refusal and put you at the bottom of the list.
