The monthly rent charge includes the following services:
- Occupancy of the apartment
- Water, sewer and garbage
- Administration and office expenses
- Building operation and maintenance
- Costs of operating the Community Center, recreation rooms and common areas
- Maintenance of grounds in common areas
- 24 hour personnel on duty
- Limited parking for one vehicle when conditions are met
- Furnished appliances and maintenance of them
- Cable television services
- Internet services, both wifi and cable
- Emergency alert subsidy and discount
