Since all applicants are to have seen the style of apartment that they have requested at time of application, and since they may specify specific locations if they choose, we expect that they will accept the apartment that is offered. We request that they make their decision and inform us within one business day of the offer given. If no answer is given in the specified time, and we cannot readily contact the applicant, it will be assumed that the applicant is not interested in the apartment.
