We offer a waitlist for our 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom 1 bath, and 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments. The waitlist is in order of date of acceptance. The sooner you apply the higher up on the waitlist you are.
Currently, our waitlist time ranges from 6 months to 5 years! This depends on the apartment-style you are interested in; our 2 bedroom 1 bath has a shorter wait at this time.
