The waiting list is based solely on the applicant’s application date. While your placement on the list may change, the date does not. This is because applicants may choose to be ‘inactive’ on the list and still keep their position based on their application date. Applicants who apply first have priority over those who have applied later. As a benefit to our present residents, if they need to change apartments they may also put their names back on the waiting lists based on their original application date.
