The Village Retirement Community is a private 501c3 not for profit, charitable community. It is an assumed name for the corporation of North Pacific Homes, Inc, and is the only entity of that corporation. We provide lower cost apartment style housing to seniors in compliance with all applicable HUD, city and state requirements. Because we are not for profit, all proceeds go back into our community instead of to investors.
