The monthly rent charge does NOT cover the following:
- Apartment electricity (including electricity for heat and lights) for each apartment (except for Prestige Living units)
- Telephone or mobile phone expenses
- Beauty and barber services
- Additional Television or internet services beyond what is provided.
- Other services that a resident may choose to subscribe to
- Additional charges for parking
- Charges for meals or food
- Additional charges for emergency alert services
- Extra recreational activities such as trips or dinners
- Transportation charges
- Natural Gas for those units that use it
- Violations of the rental agreement or rules of The Village Retirement Community
