The wait for moving into The Village varies. Sometimes applicants can move in within a couple of weeks or months. Sometimes they may need to wait a few years. It depends on the style of the apartment desired, the flexibility of the applicant and the number of applicants on the waiting list . It also depends on market conditions, how many move-outs we experience in that particular style and the popularity of larger vs smaller units at the time of application.
