1, All residents must be 62 years of age or older.
2. All residents must comply with the Rules and Agreements of The Village, the Rental Agreement and the Resident Handbook and must have conduct that does not threaten the health or safety of other residents.
3. All residents must be non-smokers and non-users of tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes or other similar devices.
4. All residents must be non-users of alcoholic beverages of any type, including beer and wine.
5. All residents must not use or possess any illegal substances.
6. All applicants must submit personal references acceptable to The Village when requested.
7. All applicants must submit to credit and background checks and meet The Village’s Resident Applicant Screening Criteria.
8. All applicants and residents must understand that rental rates will increase usually every year.
9. If requested, The Village will make a reasonable accommodation for any applicant with a verifiable protected disability, provided that the applicant’s protected disability is adversely impacted by one or more of these qualifications and the applicant satisfies all other qualifications for occupancy.
9. All residents must be able to live independently or have their needs met independent of any help from The Village.
